Self-Care in Times of Stress: Setting Your Intention for the Spring Semester

Start off your Spring semester by exploring wellness activities, trying out a few self-care practices, and then setting your self-care intentions for the upcoming semester. Additionally, you'll learn about the 3-session reading group we're hosting during the Spring semester (Wednesdays in Feb. & March) to discuss readings on topics such as the impacts of stress, the importance of self-care, the benefits of various self-care practices, and other topics of interest to the group. Meeting to take place on Zoom.
