48th Annual Hefner Lecture:

The Hefner Museum invites you to join us for an all-ages evening with "CanopyMeg" Lowman—famous tree climber, scientist, and author of The Arbornaut - A Life Exploring the 8th Continent in the Trees Above Us.

In person at Laws Hall, room 100 and streaming on the Hefner Museum’s YouTube channel.

Reception and book signing follow at the Hefner Museum. 

Dr. Lowman is a global pioneer in forest canopy ecology.  Her mission is to explore, research, and conserve global forests, mentor the next generation—especially women and minorities—in sustainability and forest stewardship, and educate diverse audiences through storytelling.
