Finding opportunities that fit your career interests becomes easier when you have a day with faculty and advisors dedicated to your career development and success. In collaboration with the Department of Political Science and the Menard Family Center for Democracy, this event will support students interested in working in roles within government and non-profit organizations. Participants will learn strategies leading to a successful job/internship search, network with employers recruiting Miami University students, and hear from successful Alumni.

Tentative Schedule:

    • 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM - Welcome/Overview w/ Breakfast
    • 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM - Concurrent Session 1 (A, B)
    • 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM - Concurrent Session 2 (A, B)
    • 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM - Lunch & Alumni Speaker 
    • 1:15 PM - 3:00 PM - Employer Networking 

Employers Attending: Federal Bureau of Investigation, City of Cincinnati, Peace Corps, Butler County General Heath District, Talbert House, Fulbright U.S. Student Program, and more!

All majors are welcome to attend this event.
